Not sure what to do next?
Whether you're choosing your studies, questioning your career, facing an important life decision or simply feeling lost, sometimes an outside perspective can help you see things differently. The Decision Session is a private, paid conversation where we take the time to understand your situation, explore your options and work toward a clearer next step.
Every application is personally reviewed.
Whatever stage of life you're in.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
You're unsure about your future
You don't know what to study, which career to pursue or whether the direction you've chosen is right for you.
You're considering a change
Maybe you're thinking about changing universities, moving abroad, leaving a job or taking a completely different direction.
You have an ambition but don't know where to start
You have a goal in mind, but understanding the steps, possibilities and challenges ahead feels complicated.
You have too much on your mind
Pressure, overthinking, conflicting advice or too many responsibilities are making it difficult to organize your thoughts and move forward.
You need another perspective
You've already spent time thinking, researching and asking questions, but you would appreciate an honest conversation with someone who can look at your situation from another angle.
You don't need to fit into one of these examples. Every situation is different.
Let's talk about your situation.
For approximately 45 minutes, the conversation is focused entirely on you and the subject you've brought forward.
We'll discuss where you are today, what you're facing, what you want to achieve and what might be holding you back.
I'll ask questions, share my perspective and help you examine the possibilities based on your actual circumstances.
The goal is simple: to leave the conversation with a better understanding of your situation and a clearer idea of what to do next.
The Decision Session is not therapy, clinical mental health treatment or ongoing coaching. We can discuss everyday pressure, uncertainty and mental clutter when they relate to your decisions, but situations requiring professional mental health care are outside the service.
Why did I create the Decision Session?
I learned much of this by figuring things out myself.
Throughout my own journey, I've faced important choices, uncertainty, setbacks and situations where I had to find answers on my own.
Independent research and comparing possibilities taught me a lot. But it also came with costs in time, energy, money and mistakes that could sometimes have been avoided.
Looking back, having an experienced person to discuss certain decisions with could have helped me understand my options sooner.
That's one of the reasons I created the Decision Session.
Not to make decisions for others, but to offer the kind of honest conversation and perspective that I would have appreciated at different points in my own life.
What others have experienced.
Salma
"I found the session interesting and interactive... It was an organic exchange and I was looking for an honest opinion and a different perspective which I have received... I found that approach interesting and effective..."
Noumidya
"I really enjoyed our conversation. You helped me structure my thinking and look at my situation from a different perspective... The session felt natural, open, and helpful."
These are personal experiences from previous sessions. Every conversation is different.
How does it work?
Tell me about yourself
Complete the application and explain your situation, what you'd like to discuss and what you're currently struggling with.
I'll personally review your application
I read the applications myself and consider whether I can genuinely contribute to the situation you've described.
We arrange your session
If your application is accepted, our team will contact you through Instagram to coordinate the appointment and payment method.
You'll receive the session information and payment details by email. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.
We have our conversation
We meet online through Microsoft Teams for approximately 45 minutes and focus on your situation.
Why are applications required?
I can only offer a limited number of sessions.
Every application is reviewed personally, and each accepted session requires individual preparation and attention.
Rather than accepting everyone, I prefer to work with people whose situations I believe I can genuinely help with.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
Frequently asked questions

Can I discuss personal struggles or mental pressure?
Yes, when they involve everyday challenges such as stress, overthinking, uncertainty, motivation or difficulty organizing your next steps. The session is not a replacement for therapy or professional psychological care.
Do I need to have a specific question?
Not necessarily. You should, however, be able to explain your situation and what you're hoping to understand or improve.
Will you tell me exactly what to do?
I'll share my perspective and help you evaluate your possibilities, but the final decision remains yours.

More questions?
Have a question about the Decision Session or the application process?
Still not sure if it's worth it?
It's understandable to wonder whether paying for a conversation can really make a difference.
You can find plenty of information online, ask people around you and spend hours researching your possibilities.
But information and having the opportunity to discuss your own situation with someone are not necessarily the same thing.
Research also offers some useful context.
Structured guidance can help
A review of 57 studies on career choice interventions found positive effects, including improvements in people's confidence in making career decisions.
Finding the right direction matters
Research examining university students in Germany found that personal interests, the fit between a student and their chosen subject, and expectations from others can influence decisions to change academic direction.
Meyer, Leuze and Strauss, 2022
These studies provide general context. They do not guarantee that one Decision Session will solve your problem or produce a particular result.
What I can offer is 45 minutes of individual attention, an honest perspective and a conversation focused on understanding your situation.
Whether that's worth it depends on what you're facing and what you hope to gain.
Your situation deserves proper consideration.
If you believe a conversation could help you understand your options and approach your next step with greater clarity, you're welcome to apply.
